Warranty Policy

FuelX and PowerTRONIC work for a long time: all cables and connectors are protected against reverse voltage, short circuits and mechanical shocks. Only high-quality components are used, and the epoxy layer construction provides extreme protection to the internals against shocks, vibrations and water. Each unit has been thoroughly tested to ensure trouble-free operation. Therefore, please follow the installation steps exactly and refer to the troubleshooting guide in case of problems.

The FuelX product has a 12-month replacement warranty.

The FuelX steering wheel map switch comes with a 6-month warranty.

The PowerTRONIC quick-shifter does not have a warranty, except in the case of a manufacturing defect and defective condition upon arrival.

The warranty only applies to the workmanship of the product from the date of purchase. A valid invoice (with the product name and the dealer's name) and the warranty card are required to claim the warranty.

It is recommended to read the installation instructions carefully before starting the installation. The product must be installed by a professional.

The warranty is not valid if:

• The serial number on the product and warranty card has been lost, changed, or become illegible.
• The product or any of its components have been modified or any independent repair attempts have been made.
• The product was installed incorrectly.
• The warranty applies to the first/original owner and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
• The failure or damage was caused by external events such as accidents, fires, natural disasters, civil unrest, improper voltage, etc.
• There has been damage caused by physical damage, water damage, or external events.
• The product is designed for closed track use; if used on the street, the warranty will automatically become invalid.
• The warranty does not cover the motor or other accessories.
• The warranty does not cover software, firmware, and calibration updates.
• The warranty does not cover the replacement or maintenance of parts due to normal wear and tear.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, the decision-maker will be solely the company.

The warranty is not valid unless the dealer completes and stamps the warranty card. Any parts replaced during the warranty period become the property of Race Dynamics. Race Dynamics is not responsible for any damage to property, vehicles or persons.

The customer fully understood and consciously made his decision regarding the product installed in his vehicle. The buyer shall not hold Race Dynamics India Pvt. Ltd./Dealer/Distributor liable, legally or otherwise, if the authorities penalize them for any violation of law.
